Dear friends,
Spring is a season of new growth and fresh beginnings, and this year we have much to celebrate, not only in our own project, but across the Parish Nursing movement nationally.
We were delighted to learn that 19 new Parish Nurses have recently qualified across the UK, a wonderful sign of how this ministry continues to grow and bear fruit.
Here in Sheffield, we are especially glad to be walking alongside two newly established projects: supporting nurse Sophie on her Parish Nursing journey at St Paul’s, Parson Cross, and Elli serving the communities of Darnall and Attercliffe. It is a joy to see this work taking root in fresh soil across our city.
As you will read in the pages that follow, our own project has had a full and fruitful first quarter, with new faces, new partnerships, and new stories of lives touched. We are grateful, as always, for every prayer, every gift, and every act of encouragement that makes this work possible.
