• 10:30am Arrival with Coffee

• 10.45am Into Silence with Terce and a Spiritual Talk

• 11am – 1215 Time for personal reflection and reading

• 1215 Angelus and Sext

• 1230 Mass

• 1pm Lunch (a simple lunch is provided)

• 1.45pm Second Spiritual Talk

• 2pm-3:30pm Time for personal reflection and reading (Tea available)

• 3:30pm Vespers and depart
